Quarterly Recycling Incentive Program Award

SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --

Winners of Sheppard Air Force Base’s quarterly recycling incentive program were announced Nov. 6 during the Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Committee and Energy Steering Group meeting.

The 80th Flying Training Wing was awarded top honors in the student category with 18,361 pounds of recycled materials.

The 82nd Medical Group was named the winner for the permanent party category, collected 13,385 pounds of recyclables.

Each category winner was awarded a check for $1,000.
