Most significant accomplishments:

Became a master resiliency trainer.
-
Received certification to be a dental technician.
Airman’s story:
“I joined the Air Force to get out of Texas,” Jefferys said.
“Plan was, get training as a security forces troop, do my four years and get
out. They say nothing goes as planned, and like my plan, I never became a
security forces troop and I have been in a lot longer than four years. I have become accustom to this life cycle and I would not change it for the world.”

comments:
“Technical Sergeant Jefferys
oversees or fabricates every prosthesis fabricated in the 82nd Dental Operations
Flight dental lab,” said Lt. Col. Jeff Casey, dental operations flight
commander. “He has also proven himself indispensable in the rest of the clinic,
handling logistics and clinical duties daily. He’s a master resiliency trainer
and recently earned his Certified Dental Technician status by surpassing
national standards in knowledge and skills for dental laboratory technicians. On
top of all this, he is a devoted husband and father.”
