What inspires you:  My kids inspire me! We as parents always preach to our kids about working hard and getting a good education. I try to lead by example for my kids by continuing to education myself and work hard to advance in my career. I want to provide my family a better life than what my wife and I had and to prove that education and hard work pay off.

Future goals: My future goal is to put my education to use and get a job in the Network Operation Center (NOC). I want to get experience in computer networking and continue to advance in my career and hopefully be managing a NOC within 4-6 years!

Greatest accomplishment:  Joining the military and completing 20 years! My family said I could never do it because I couldn't take orders very well. The military provided me discipline, guidance, and education. I was able to meet new friends and travel to places that others only dream or wish they could have done!  While in the military, I was able to meet my beautiful wife that has provided me three great children that I am very proud of!

Commander's comments:  "Reese is an extremely valuable member the of the 982 MXS team. 75% of his work takes place behind the scenes in the squadron; however, he personally ensures the mission continues, uninterrupted. His commitment and passion are an inspiration to those around him." - Maj Bradley D. Altman
