The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) annual FEVS is now open until 23 June to all full-time, part-time, permanent, and seasonal employees, and APF and NAF civilians who on-boarded on or before November 30, 2022. All should receive an email from OPM containing a unique link inviting these eligible employees to participate in the survey. Feedback from the FEVS results provides senior leaders with valuable insight on the strength of the civilian workforce and areas for improvement and challenges. AETC employee participation in the FEVS has historically been slightly below 30%; last year's participation rate was 17%. Increasing participation is essential to understanding the true perceptions of our strengths and weaknesses and helps curtail the possibility for skewed data. It is voluntary, anonymous, and official time may be used.
