Bioenvironmental releases annual water quality report Published June 30, 2022 Bioenvironmental Engineering SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requires every community public water system to generate and make available a consumer confidence report to their customers by July 1 of every year, which includes information from the previous calendar year. This report is also known as an annual water quality report or drinking water quality report.
