Administrative Action

Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – An Airman First Class committed sexual harassment by making unwelcome sexual comments and jokes about a fellow Airman in his presence that created an offensive working environment. The Airman First Class received a letter of reprimand, which was placed in an Unfavorable Information File.  

Administrative Discharge

Entry Level Separation, Misconduct (Civilian Conviction) – An Airman Basic was convicted in a civilian court for Indecent Solicitation of a Child committed prior to entry onto active duty. The Airman Basic received an entry level separation and his service was not characterized due to insufficient time in service.
