Airman found guilty of drug charges

A student Airman from the 364th Training Squadron here was sentenced to six months confinement, forfeiture of pay and allowances and a bad conduct discharge after a court-martial during the week of Jan. 25 – 29, 2016.

 

Airman 1st Class Zachary Kicker was found guilty of one specification of conspiracy to use lysergic acid diethylamide, a schedule I controlled substance commonly referred to as LSD, a violation of Article 81 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He was also found guilty of three specifications of Article 112a, including wrongful introduction of LSD to Sheppard Air Force Base, use of LSD, and distribution of LSD.

 

Evidence presented included incriminating text messages exchanged between Kicker and Airman Basic Tanner Wideman revealing the conspiracy to drive to Dallas, Texas with another airman and use LSD.
