Chief Master Sergeant Scott D. Bradbury is the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 80th Flying Training Wing, home of the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. He is the senior enlisted advisor to the Commander of the 80th Flying Training Wing for matters concerning the morale and welfare, personal and professional development, and training and utilization of all assigned personnel. The wing is responsible for conducting the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program mission. This program is the world’s only internationally manned and managed Undergraduate Pilot Training Program including these fourteen nations: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States
Chief Bradbury is from Vancouver, Washington. He entered the Air Force in June 2001 and graduated from the A-10 Maintenance Technician course at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, in December 2001. Throughout his career, Chief Bradbury has filled multiple roles including A-10 Assistant Dedicated Crew Chief, Quality Assurance Inspector, A-10 APG Instructor, Specialist Flight Chief, F-16 Production Superintendent, Lead Production Superintendent, Squadron Maintenance Superintendent, AMU Superintendent, Squadron Senior Enlisted Leader, and Group Senior Enlisted Leader.
His stateside assignments include bases in North Carolina, Georgia, Utah, and Idaho. He also served overseas in South Korea, Japan, and deployed in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, FREEDOM’S SENTINEL, and INHERENT RESOLVE.
Prior to assuming his current position, he served as Senior Enlisted Leader, 8th Maintenance Group, Misawa Air Base Japan.
