Non-Judicial Punishment Review: October 2016

Sheppard Airmen recently received non-judicial punishment for their actions under the Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 15 in the month of October.

An airman basic from the 363rd Training Squadron received a non-judicial punishment for violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 121, wrongful appropriation of food and clothing items. As punishment, this airman received a forfeiture of $353.00 for two months (suspended), restriction to base for 30 days and a Reprimand.

An airman 1st class from the 361st Training Squadron received a non-judicial punishment for violation of the UCMJ Article 134, wrongfully and falsely altering a military ID card. As punishment, this airman received a reduction in rank to airman basic and a Reprimand.

An airman 1st class from the 361st Training Squadron received a non-judicial punishment for violation of the UCMJ Article 111, driving while under the influence. As punishment, this airman received a reduction in rank to airman basic and a Reprimand.
