Sheppard Airmen receive non-judicial punishment

Sheppard Airmen recently received non-judicial punishment for their actions under the Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 15 in November.

The following actions include:

• An airman from the 361st Training Squadron received non-judicial punishment for two violations of Article 112a, including wrongfully using marijuana and wrongfully distributing marijuana. Punishment included reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $799 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.

• An airman from the 364th TRS received non-judicial punishment for violating UCMJ Article 121, stealing a TV that belonged to the Air Force. Punishment included forfeiture of $739 of pay per month for two months, restriction to base for 60 days and a reprimand.

• Another airman from the 364th TRS received non-judicial punishment for violating UCMJ Article 121, stealing a TV that belonged to the Air Force. Punishment included forfeiture of $739 of pay per month for two months, restriction to base for 60 days and a reprimand.

• An airman from the 364th TRS received non-judicial punishment for violating UCMJ Article 120, sexual assault. Punishment included discharge in lieu of a court martial and under other than honorable conditions service characterizations.

• An airman from the 366th TRS received non-judicial punishment for violating UCMJ Article 134 twice, including consuming an alcoholic beverage and having sexual intercourse inside a parked vehicle. Punishment included forfeiture of $366 pay per month for two months, forfeitures in excess of $366 pay per month for one month, and a reprimand.

• An airman 1st class from the 366th TRS received non-judicial punishment for violating UCMJ Article 134, providing alcohol to an underage Airman. Punishment included a reduction to airman-suspended, forfeiture of $366 pay and a reprimand.
