Storm drain repairs to affect traffic patterns Published Aug. 27, 2019 82nd Training Wing Public Affairs SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – From approximately Sept. 6 - Oct. 5, 2019, necessary storm drain repairs will cause road closures and traffic changes affecting 1st Ave, Marquez Blvd and Skaggs Rd on base. During this time there will be one way in/out of the Shopette and traffic will be routed north/south along the Commissary parking lot. Further, the pedestrian cross walk will be adjusted. Please be patient, pay close attention to traffic signage and drive safe. As always, updates will be shared if/when they are received.
