First Step & Faith Refuge Donation Drive

1-20 March Sheppard W.I.N.G.S will be running a donation drive. We will need POCs at different sections. If you are interested in being a POC, please send an email to 82trw.wings.wingsorganization@us.af.mil. We will supply boxes if needed.

SAFETY CORNER – FIGHT WINTER FATIGUE

Winter fatigue and tiredness can hit some of us hard and make it difficult to keep up with the regular rhythm of life.  But hang in there, Spring is right around the corner!

-Make time to breathe and relax—let it go, let it gooooo!

-Improve your sleep hygiene and environment
