SAFETY CORNER – SPRING SAFETY

As the weather begins to warm up, we start preparing for outdoor activities, spring sports, cleaning, and doing repairs. A bright afternoon can turn rainy in minutes. Keep in mind these safety tips no matter your plans this season!

Quick Tips:

  • Spring clean the safe way: never mix household cleaners, be safe on ladders, lift properly
  • Just as all the other seasons: be safe while driving, have your vehicle serviced, check for recalls
  • When the sun comes out, so do bugs and critters: keep away, the snakes don’t want to play!
  • Protect your skin from sunburns, stay hydrated, warm up before activities & sports
  • Spring forward on Sunday 12 Mar 2023, Daylight Saving Time begins!
