This is an AF-wide change to the IT system that 82 LRS cannot override. Prior to coming to get deployment, chemical warfare training gear, gas masks, body armor, etc. customers will need to register for a PIN at https://ils-s.cce.af.mil/ilss/. This will affect anyone deploying, all 82 SFS personnel, anyone going to chemical warfare training, and anyone participating in an ATSO/Deployment Training Exercise or ATSO training day. We apologize for this inconvenience. This was a change to the IT system that we were not aware of previously. SAFETY CORNER – TEXTING & DRIVING April is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month! Texting behind the wheel is not exempt-U Text. U Drive. U Pay. Risky behavior has big consequences, so put the phone down and help us keep America’s roads safe! Quick Tips There were 3,142 people killed by distracted driving in 2020. Driving safely requires your full attention. Sending or reading a text takes your eyes off the road for 5 seconds (at 55mph, that’s like driving the length of a football field with your eyes closed). Know the laws in your state & where you’re driving-but bottom line is be safe! We all play a part, and we can all make a change!
