  • Southern Grit Advocacy (Looking for volunteers to help paint a Community Outreach Office @ 1301 10th St, Wichita Falls. The office will host monthly meetings for Anti-Trafficking Coalition).

Join Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors' (TAPS) webinar: How Nature Helps Us Take Care of Ourselves on 2 May at noon.

This webinar will focus on the healing power of nature and its role in helping us enhance our physical and mental wellbeing. Participants will learn about the role that nature plays in helping us regulate our central nervous system to cope more effectively with grief and loss, trauma, chronic stress, and difficult emotions, and will also learn methods for practicing mindfulness in nearby nature.
