Sheppard Clinic has transitioned to MHS GENESIS. With this transition the Tricare Online (TOL) Secure Messaging is being replaced with the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. It is highly recommended that beneficiaries register for a Patient Portal account as soon as possible by going to http://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil.

Additional information, videos on registration, or customer-service assistance for the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal can be found at: https://www.health.mil/Military.../Technology/MHS-GENESIS

Please be patient during this transition and expect longer wait times for some services. Available alternatives include:

Urgent care: please use the Nurse Advice Line (NAL) for triage and to get referrals as needed for Active Duty members by calling 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273) -

Pharmacy Alternatives:

Express Scripts https://www.tricare.mil/CoveredServices/Pharmacy

TRICARE Pharmacies https://www.tricare.mil/CoveredServices/find-pharmacy

PHONE NUMBERS For emergency, after-hours on-call services for Behavioral Health, Dental, Flight Medicine and Casualty Affairs are available by contacting the Command Post at 940-676-6266. Stay connected with the 82d Medical Group by visiting https://sheppard.tricare.mil.

For the time being, when an Active Duty member and/or Beneficiaries require an appointment within 24-hours, and there are no available appointments in Warrior Operations Medicine Clinic (WOMC) or Beneficiary Care Clinic, the Central Appointment Desk (CAD) will refer the patient to the NAL to be triaged. If the NAL determines the patient needs to go to Urgent Care, NAL nurses can put in a referral for the AD members. Non-AD patients may go to any TRICARE-authorized Urgent Care Center or Network Provider without a referral.
