If your child/children had a well-child visit in the past year, our Pediatric Clinic will complete any sports/school physical paperwork based off that exam. Simply bring your completed paperwork to the front desk at the Pediatric Clinic. All paperwork must be completed in its entirety. Our staff will complete the physical exam portion of the paperwork within 72 hours. If you are unsure of the date of your child’s last physical exam, please access the MHS Genesis Patient Portal or contact pediatric staff who will provide you with this information. Any patient who does not have an up-to-date wellness exam will need to call and schedule an appointment at 940-676-2273. If our appointment schedule does not meet your needs, providers in the local community offer sports/school physicals for a nominal fee. TRICARE does not cover sports/school physicals as a benefit, consequently this is an out-of-pocket expense. If your primary physician is in the community, please contact that office directly to schedule your child’s annual well physical. 1.
