For everyone else, Daylight Savings Time has ended which means it’s time to ‘lean back’…er ‘fall back’ once again. Preparing for the time change affects us all differently. Check out the tips below to help you adjust and get some extra rest! Quick Tips Use that extra hour to get some extra sleep! (Got kids? Sorry, no advice.) Really sleep deprived? Change your routines to adjust and improve your sleep over time. Take a short nap, 30 mins or less, in the early afternoon. Update your sleep environment to encourage healthy habits.
