The program is the commander's way of acknowledging Airmen for a job well done and to recognize Airmen who exemplify the spirit of the program. Lead buyer on a $90 million source selection for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). MACC will allow streamlined competition and save countless man hours in construction contract awards supporting the 82nd Training Wing, the 80th Flying Training Wing, Altus Air Force Base, Frederick Airfield in Oklahoma, and Sheppard Lake Texoma Recreational Annex. MACC instruments saves 20 percent over independent government estimates. This equates to an expected cost avoidance of over $18 million over the next five years. Senior Airman Rogers is the squadron's Green Procurement representative who provides training to cardholders and construction engineers, and he recently completed an 18 month-long duty with Sheppard's Honor Guard.
