Sheppard TV live: 8th annual Joint Warrior Challenge Sat May 18 7 am

SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 82nd Training Wing Public Affairs office will live stream broadcast the Joint Warrior Challenge competition live on the Sheppard TV UStream channel from the Sheppard track on Saturday, May 18, beginning at 7 a.m.

The challenge, part of Armed Forces Week, involves the technical training squadrons, to include the Navy and Army detachments.

The broadcast will feature the opening ceremonies at the track with remarks from Brig. Gen. Michael Fantini, 82nd Training Wing commander. Events include the Battle Rattle Relay, Tire Flip, Litter Carry and Tug-o-War.

The 365th Training Squadron is the three-time defending champions of this annual event, now in its eighth year.

Join Dan Hawkins, Kimberly Parker and the Public Affairs team as they anchor the broadcast on-site.
