She is the face of the legal office to most of our clients. She is always professional, no matter what is thrown at her. When I arrived at Sheppard, we had two people to cover the front desk and manage the administrative paperwork that flows through the legal office. One of the positions was cut and with only minor adjustments, Janice has managed to keep things flowing. Janice is the rock that my civil law program is built upon. She greets the clients, she schedules their appointments, she tracks our suspenses, and she forwards our responses. Bottom line, I could not complete my mission without Ms. Janice Arguello.
