Events in support of Sexual Assault Awareness month are taking place on April 13th and April 30th.

Color Run

There will be a 5k color run on April 13th in front of the Pitsenbarger Fitness Center starting at 8:00 A.M. Wear as much white as possible and be prepared for color! Door prizes and informational booths will be available as well.

Video Contest

A contest is being held to look for creative videos promoting Sexual Assault Prevention and Response. Utilize the topics of intervention and prevention activities. i.e. making changes to societal norms, emphasizing the wingman concept. Look at all venues in which sexual assault could occur i.e hotel party, club venue, central park, etc.

The winning video will be professionally re-casted and submitted for AF use along with a
$500 gift certificate. 2nd place will receive $250 gift certificate. Location TBD.
