"Keep it Rollin'" focus week kicks off April 8

"Keep it Rollin'" focus week on Sheppard gets into high gear beginning Monday and running through April 13.

The week includes two 82nd Training Wing commander's calls on April 8 at the base theater, as well as special guest speaker Angel Tucker, who will present three seminars on how to use individual's personality strengths in developing leadership skills April 9.

Several Integrated Delivery System (IDS) agencies are also scheduled to host events and classes during the week. 

Focus week events include:

Monday, April 8:
- 8 a.m. - 82 TRW commanders call at base theater (livestreamed on DCO)
- 11:30 a.m. - Natural Disaster prep class at Airman & Family Readiness Center (A&FRC), bldg. 960
- 11:30 a.m. - Anger Management class at the base library in the Walt Whitman room
- Noon - Spiritual Resilience class at the Solid Rock Café, bldg. 920
- 1:15 p.m. - 82 TRW commander and command chief call with MTLs at the base theater (livestreamed on DCO)
- 3 p.m. - 82 TRW commanders call at base theater

Tuesday, April 9:
- 9 a.m.- Angel Tucker presentation "Leading with Personality" for 82nd TRW/80th FTW senior leaders/chiefs
- 11 a.m. - Angel Tucker presentation "Getting the Most and Best Out of Your Team" (for all who supervise)
- 11:30 a.m. - Pathways to employment class at the A&FRC
- 11:30 a.m. - Spiritual Resilience class at the Solid Rock Café
- 12:30 p.m. - Love and Logic parenting part II at the Family Advocacy conference room N201
- 2 p.m. - Angel Tucker presentation "Motiviating with Personality" with Military Training Leaders (livestreamed on DCO)
- 4 p.m. - Civilian Personnel Mentor Mixer at the Sheppard Club

Wednesday, April 10:
- 11:30 a.m. - Time management class at the A&FRC
- Noon - Stress Management at the Family Advocacy conference room N201
- Noon - Spiritual Resilience class at the Solid Rock Café

Thursday, April 11:
- Noon - Spiritual Resilience class at the Solid Rock Café
- 6 p.m. - Saving for your future class at the A&FRC

Friday, April 12 (Wingman Day):
- 11 a.m. - Couples game show presented by Family Advocacy at the Sheppard Club (live broadcast on Sheppard TV)
- Noon - Spiritual Resilience class at the Solid Rock Café
- 3:30 p.m. - Alcohol Awareness billboard competition at Central Park

Saturday, April 13:
- 8 a.m. - Race to Awareness 5K color run hosted by Sexual Assault and Prevention Response Office
