Guillory is 82nd TRW "Commander's Wingman of Choice" for Jan 23-28 Published Jan. 15, 2013 82nd Training Wing Public Affairs SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Melissa Guillory of the 82nd Civil Engineering Squadron was named the the 82nd TRW "Commander's Wingman of Choice" award winner for the week of Jan. 23-28. The 82nd Training Wing "Commander's Wingman of Choice" award program is the commander's way of acknowledging Airmen for a job well done and to recognize Airmen who exemplify the spirit of the program. Criteria for consideration include outstanding duty performance, community involvement and exemplary leadership. Derrell Guillory (366th Training Squadron), sons Senior Airman Dane Guillory and Derrell II and daughter Sierra Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, American Intercontinenal University What inspires you: My husband and children inspire me to always do my best and give everything my all. They all work hard and play hard too, so I have to be able to keep up!! Future goals: For the short-term, I am studying to take my Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Long-term will be to complete my Master's degree. Greatest accomplishment: Besides marrying my husband and having all my children, one my greatest accomplishment would be co-founding the Texoma Chapter of the Society of American Military Engineers. Hobbies, off-duty interests: Crafts, traveling, community volunteering, sports (football) Supervisor's Reason for submission: Melissa is unmatched in her responsiveness and is a multi-tasker. She monitors/manages three Most Efficient Organizations. She is very factual, professional and polite in her duties as a COR. She needs little supervision and when given a task or tasks, completes them very meticulously and in record time. This is just one of the ways I can show her how much I appreciate her being on my staff and for a job well done.
