Commander's comments:  "Tech. Sgt. Dandy is one of the hardest working NCOs I have met. She is the grease that keeps the wheels moving with our student processing. Her efforts working with FSS have been outstanding and she is totally selfless. As much work as she has done, it was her that still asked me to go to FSS student assignments and coin them. She is that person that is behind the scenes that this Air Force could not function without." - Maj. Oliver Ulmer, 363rd TRS commander
