Boil Water Rescind Notice Published Oct. 13, 2011 82 AMDS SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, TX -- On 11 October 2011, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required Sheppard AFB (PWS 2430007) to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform the residents, workers, and patrons of Buildings 596 (Hogan Hall) and 776 (Cooper Hall), Building 631 (Area Defense Council), and Building 551 (Post Office) that due to the presence of contaminants or an interruption in service, water from their system must be boiled prior to consumption.
