Don't use your CSA card for that!

SHEPPARD AFB, Texas -- Effective immediately, personal use of the Controlled Spend Account card is no longer authorized.

Before leaving on official travel, check with your squadron CSA representative if there is any uncertainty about which expenses are official expenses and which are personal.

Once a travel voucher has been processed upon completion of official travel, the remaining CSA card balance can be obtained through one of the options listed below:

1) Electronic transfer to a personal account through Citi's on-line access system or by calling them directly.
2) Request check by calling Citi.
3) Check automatically mailed to cardholder after 60 days of inactivity on account.
4) ATM withdrawal (2% fee in addition to any ATM fees).
