Air Force officials select 14 Sheppard officers for promotion Published March 24, 2010 By 82nd Training Wing Public Affairs SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Fourteen Sheppard Air Force Base officers were recently selected for promotion from the medical community, including six to major and eight to lieutenant colonel. The six selected for promotion to major are as follows: Capt. Joel Brady, 383rd Training Squadron; Capt. Kieran Dhillon Davis, 82nd Medical Operations Squadron; Capt. Luther Dhillon Davis, 82nd MDOS; Capt. Jerry Fausch, 82nd Aerospace Medicine Squadron; Capt. James Kramer, 383rd TRS; and Capt. Daniel Lane, 82nd MDOS. Those selected for promotion to lieutenant colonel include: Maj. Timothy Howerton, 381st TRS; Maj. Nicole Raney, 381st TRS; Maj. Michael Ross, 382nd TRS; Maj. Michele Shelton, 383rd TRS; Maj. James Stryd, 82nd MDOS; Maj. David Walmsley, 382nd TRS; Maj. Paula Winters, 383rd TRS; and Maj. Brian Young, 82nd MDOS.
