SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- All non-mission-essential personnel are released from duty at 4 p.m.

At this time, no delays have been ordered for tomorrow, Dec. 30. Senior leaders will review the situation at 5 a.m. tomorrow and any changes to reporting time will be announced on the Sheppard website, in the local media and via telephone recall.
