SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --  Colonel David Petersen, 80th Flying Training Wing commander was selected by a promotion board recently for promotion to brigadier general.

Persons also selected include 79 Sheppard technical sergeants for promotion to master sergeant.
