BEST counselors available to discuss entitlements, benefits

SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Benefits and Entitlements Service Team is available for civilian employees who have questions about their careers.

The team can advise employees on what benefits and entitlements for which they qualify.

To speak to a BEST member, call (800) 616-3775. Press "2" for Air Force-serviced civilian employees, and "2" again for BEST benefits and entitlements. Follow the prompts from then on.

For hearing impaired employees, a BEST benefits counselor can be reach by dialing Telephone Device for the Deaf at (800) 382-0893 or (210) 565-2276.

Benefits counselors are available Monday-Friday, 7a.m.-6 p.m. CST.
