Capt. Michael Renz, 80th Operations Support Squadron, accepts the Flight Commander of the Quarter award from 80th Flying Training Wing Commander Col. David Petersen April 22 during the wing's quarterly award ceremony. Captain Renz was recognized for revamping the wing's motorcycle safety program, as well as keeping senior national representatives aware of military training responsibilities. Master Sgt. Frankie Moore, 80th Flying Training Wing, accepts the Senior NCO of the Quarter award from 80th Flying Training Wing Commander Col. David Petersen April 22 during the wing's quarterly award ceremony. Sergeant Moore was recognized for managing a $248 million aircraft contract, as well as providing key support for a recent inspection. The sergeant is also active in the community, providing support as a victim advocate and collecting and distributing 38 computers to underprivileged children. Staff Sgt. Ingrid Ivey, 80th Operations Support Squadron, accepts the NCO of the Quarter award from 80th Flying Training Wing Commander Col. David Petersen April 22 during the wing's quarterly award ceremony. Sergeant Ivey was recognized for having a 98 percent quality assurance rating on more than 400 parachutes, oxygen connectors and other flight equipment. Airman 1st Class Nicholas Loerch, 80th Operations Support Squadron, accepts the Airman of the Quarter award from 80th Flying Training Wing Commander Col. David Petersen April 22 during the wing's quarterly award ceremony. Airman Loerch displayed the knowledge and skill of a veteran air traffic controller when he safely guided an aircraft experiencing radio problems to the ground.
