Medical, Dental Corps officers selected for promotion

SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --  Ten Sheppard Medical and Dental Corps officers were selected for promotion to the ranks of colonel and major.

Of those eligible at Sheppard for promotion, 100 percent were selected.

Those selected for promotion to the rank of colonel are:

- Lt. Col. Ronald Crandall, 82nd Medical Group 

- Lt. Col. Thomas Grimm, 381st Training Squadron 

- Lt. Col. Richard Johnson, 82nd Dental Squadron 

- Lt. Col. Craig Rice, 381 TRS 

- Lt. Col. Ernesto Torres, 18th DS, Kadena Air Force Base, Japan

Those selected for promotion to the rank of major are:

- Capt. Jeremy Conklin, 383 TRS
 
- Capt. Sherdon Cordova, 82 DS 

- Capt. Raymond Knisley, 82 Medical Operations Squadron 

- Capt. Daniel Palazzolo, 82 DS 

- Capt. Oscar Suarez-Sanchez, 82 DS

A promotion party to congratulate the selectees is scheduled for 4 p.m. Feb. 22 at the Sheppard Club.
