New Warrior’s Navigation and Assistance Program now available Published Jan. 17, 2008 82nd Medical Group SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Wounded Warriors and family members now have access to a new advocacy unit that can help them navigate the military health system. This new program offers information on physicians, prescription-drug programs and accessing care. They can also provide information about other military and civilian medical systems, such as Veterans Affairs' programs and other community programs available to assist with those with unique health care challenges. The new program covers TRICARE beneficiaries in South Carolina, George, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and most of Texas.
