The latest Airman's Roll Call highlights the Doolittle Raiders, who are reuniting this week to remember the 65th anniversary of their historic flight.

On April 18, 1942, 80 men launched 16 B-25 medium bombers from the deck of an aircraft carrier on their way to bombing various targets on the home island of Japan and made what was once thought impossible, possible.

Though the mission took place over half a century ago, many lessons were learned then that still remain today -- lessons of courage, hope and the true impact of air power.
