Flu Shots for Contractors, Civilians and Family Members

SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE -- The 82nd Medical Group Public Health and Immunizations Flights are collaborating with the Wichita County Public Health District in effort to offer Flu Vaccine to civilian and contract personnel and their families who are not eligible for Tricare benefits.

Flu shots will be available on Dec. 4, 2015, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the base theater. The rates for receiving the shot are $20 for adults, between $4 and $16 for children, and free for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicaid, Medicare and Chip insurance holders. Be sure to bring insurance card and valid ID.
