SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Out of 175 locally eligible Technical Sergeants at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, 45 were selected for promotion to Master Sergeant. From the 285 eligible at Sheppard's detachments around the globe, 91 Tech. Sergeants were selected.
