In accordance with AFI 35-109 Visual information section 4.1.2, the public affairs office will no longer be able to support base-wide printing. The public affairs office does not have the personnel or the available budget to support these services.

Any organization interested in print documents or other creative products can still obtain these  products through the use of the Document Automation Production Service or DAPS.

As part of a transition period, the 82nd Training Wing public affairs office will be supporting the remainder of the printing requests through April 1, 2015. Any and all new printing requests will be referred to DAPS for production.

Instructions on how to create a DAPS account and submit a request are listed below.

Step 1: Go to: https://www.dso.documentservices.dla.mil/DSF/
Step 2: Click register under the login info.
Step 3: Fill in the blocks marked with an asterisks. In this section you will be prompted to type your organization in the "search DODAAC" section. Selection will auto fill.
Step 4: Select your local print shop. (OKC-Sheppard AFB)
Step 5: After receiving a confirmation email, click "get started."
Step 6: Upon completion of your registration, you will be able to browse several different print categories. Browse the categories associated with your printing needs.
