Texas Oklahoma Fair set to kick off Sept. 16

SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Texas Oklahoma Fair is scheduled to begin on Sept. 16, 2014 at the Wichita Falls, Texas Multi-Purpose Events Center. The fair will start things off with a military appreciation day, where all military families are admitted into the fairgrounds for free.
