SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Mark your calendars! Sheppard Clinic will be closed Friday, 23 May and Monday, 26 May for the Memorial Day Holiday/Family Down Day.

For emergencies call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room (threat to life, limb or eyesight)

For urgent care call (940) 676-1847 to speak with the Nurse Advice Line (NAL)
*Urgent care without prior authorization will result in out of pocket costs

MEDICATION PICK UP:
Refills called into the automated system by close of business Wednesday, 21 May will be available for pick-up on Thursday, 22 May after 1100.

*The automated system may report a different date.

Pharmacy will be open normal business hours 0715-1630 on Tuesday, 27 May for new prescriptions; open 1630-1700 for prescription pick up only.
