Sheppard Airmen receive Article 15's in March Published April 9, 2014 82nd Training Wing Public Affairs SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Five Sheppard Airmen recently received non-judicial punishment for their actions under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) Article 15. An Airman 1st Class from the 364th Training Squadron in violation of UCMJ Article 92, 29B violation, received a letter of reprimand, forfeiture of $200 for six month suspension and base restriction for 21 days. An Airman Basic from the 359th Training Squadron Detachment 1 in violation of the UCMJ Article 92, underage drinking and UCMJ Article 107, false official statement, received a letter of reprimand, extra duty for 14 days, base restriction for 14 days and forfeiture of $250. An Airman Basic from the 362nd Training Squadron in violation of the UCMJ Article 92, underage drinking, 29B violation and call to quarters, received a letter of reprimand, base restriction for 22 days and forfeiture of $765 for two months suspended for six months. An Airman from the 361st Training Squadron in violation of UCMJ Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana, received a letter of reprimand, 30 days of extra duty, 30 days of base restriction, forfeiture of $765 for two months and reduction to the rank of Airman Basic. An Airman from the 363rd Training Squadron in violation of UCMJ Article 86, failure to go and UCMJ Article 92, failure to comply with commander directed hourly check-in, received a letter of reprimand, 14 days extra duty, 14 days base restriction, forfeiture of $765 and reduction to the rank of Airman Basic.
