Belinda Robinson, 362nd Training Squadron flight chief from Copperas Cove, Texas, has been selected as the commander's wingman of choice for the Jan. 10 week. She has spent two years on Sheppard and is inspired by her family, mentors and fellow Airmen. The 82nd Training Wing "Commander's Wingman of Choice" award program is the commander's way of acknowledging Airmen for a job well done and to recognize Airmen who exemplify the spirit of the program. Criteria for consideration include outstanding duty performance, community involvement and exemplary leadership. Family: Spouse (William III); daughter, Briana (11), son (William IV) (8) Education: Two Community College of the Air Force associate's in Logistics, Education and Training Bachelor's degree in occupational education from Wayland Baptist University Master's degree in business administration from Trident University International Future goals: Promotion to Senior Master Sergeant Greatest accomplishment: Still being a great mom even with all the sacrifices and commitments to the mission. Al Martz, 362nd TRS commander, "Master Sgt. Robinson leads the military training flight for the second largest training squadron in the Air Force and largest training squadron on Sheppard with a staff of only 14 military training leaders. She is responsible for as many as 800 Airmen-in-Training on a given day. During the holiday exodus she worked with all base MTF's to ensure Airmen remained safe as well as upholding good order and discipline. She coordinated with various base agencies to facilitate repairs across other training squadron dorms."
