The Airmen in Training (AITs) regard him as very helpful, professional and fair. As the squadron alternate unit fitness program manager, he ensured that all AIT fitness exams were scheduled on time, continuously exceeding Air Education and Training Command goals. Commander's comments: According to Lt. Col. Anthony Antoline, 365th TRS commander, "Tech. Sergeant Bradford has served as an MTL for me for the last two years, working primarily as a scheduler and taking care of Airmen that come through the avionics training courses. He has guided our folks to excellence and continues to be a consummate leader in our flight. His ability to push key issues to resolution makes him the perfect submission for the wingman of choice."
