Moving on up: Three promoted to Chief Published Nov. 14, 2013 82nd Training Wing Public Affairs SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Three Team Sheppard senior master sergeants were selected for promotion to the service's highest enlisted grade Nov. 14. Being promoted to chief master sergeant are Senior Master Sgts. Craig Pogue, Rich Parsons and Thomas Sewitsky. Pogue is the the 82nd Training Wing's Training Operations superintendent. Parsons is assigned to the 366th Training Squadron detachment at Naval Air Station, Gulfport, Miss. Sewitsky is at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., with the 372nd Training Squadron. According to the Air Force Personnel Center, 400 of the 2,023 eligible senior master sergeants were selected for an AF-wide selection rate of 19.77 percent. Congratulations and Lead the way Chiefs!
