Commander's Comments: Maj. Jeffry Beard
Dan is an outstanding senior noncommissioned officer. He continually steps up for new challenges and is the "go to guy" for training management concerns. He is leading the way in the 982nd Training Group to streamline production data analysis and reporting. He is very active in the community and challenges himself daily. I am pleased to nominate him.
