Why is this person the Wingman of Choice? Tech Sgt. Kaylor has consistently demonstrated the values of a wingman as described in AFI 36-2618 Chapter 4 by filling in as the acting first sergeant for the 365th Training Squadron while the first sergeant was gone. While in this position, he went well above and beyond the call of duty by taking care of a member during a stressful time of need. Tech. Sgt. Kaylor jumped into action when news of a squadron member's family was involved in a serious vehicle accident. He immediately rallied funds to aid the family while organizing local church member's assistance as well.

Commander's comments: He is an outstanding member who consistently steps up when called upon and seeks out opportunities both in his professional and personal life to help others. He is not only an exceptional wingman on base, but serves the local community as well. - Lt. Col. Anthony Antoline, 365th Training Squadron commander
