Na has hit the ground running since she arrived at Sheppard AFB. After receiving her pharmacist license, she mastered Coumadin clinic, taking care of approximately 80 patients receiving medication that requires frequent monitoring. She undertook a process improvement to integrate pharmacist assist Disease Managers in taking care of 1,200 patients with diabetes or hypertension. She instituted the pharmacy tech-check-tech program for six technicians and an electronic non-formulary request for six providers. Commander's name and comments: According to Lt. Col. Patricia D.
