Airman sentenced for illegal drug activity Published Feb. 16, 2016 By Aliza Reisberg 82nd Training Wing Public Affairs SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- A student Airman from the 364th Training Squadron here was sentenced to one year confinement and a dishonorable discharge during the week of Feb. 8 – 11, 2016. Airman basic Hunter Denny was found guilty of one specification of attempt to wrongfully distribute some amount of cocaine, a Schedule II controlled substance, a violation of Article 80 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He was also found guilty of three specifications of Article 112a of the UCMJ, including wrongful use of cocaine, wrongful distribution of cocaine, and wrongful distribution of marijuana. Additionally, Denny was found guilty of violating Article 134 when he solicited a fellow airman to use cocaine.
