Thanks for helping to make Sheppard Air Force Base a better place for our airmen and their families! Q & A with Senior Airman Zamarripa-Torres: What inspired you to volunteer for the tax center? I was inspired to volunteer because I have always had a passion for finance and numbers. What do you enjoy the most about volunteering? The thing I enjoy the most about volunteering is being able to help the local community get the most money they can on their return while giving them quality service. Do you have any advice for those thinking about volunteering? Some advice I can give for anyone volunteering is to have fun and don’t be scared to ask questions. It's okay if you don’t know the answer, just be honest with the customer and find that answer from someone that knows.
