Kraft Foods Group Recalls Varieties of Their Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product

The 82d AMDS Public Health flight received a food notice from Kraft Foods Group. They are recalling 7,691 cases of select varieties of regular Kraft American Singles Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product: 12 oz., 16 oz., and 64 oz. Kraft American singles.

Ingredients in these items were not used in accordance with the company's temperature standards. This might cause a problem which could lead to premature spoilage and /or food-borne illness. Under the circumstances, Kraft issued the recall as a precaution. They have not received any buyer illness complaints for this product as of today.

The product was shipped across the United States but it was NOT distributed on Sheppard Air Force Base.

Consumers who bought any of these products should not eat or sell them. They should return the merchandise to location purchased and get a full refund or an exchange.
